Heritage Heights by Leela holds a special place in our journey, being the very first construction project by the Leela Group. Started in April 2015 and completed by March 2017, Heritage Heights stands as a proud symbol of our commitment to quality, integrity, and long-lasting goodwill. Located in Nikol, East Ahmedabad’s most livable and sought-after area, this project marked the beginning of a tradition of excellence that we continue to uphold.

Spread across an impressive 95,476 square feet, Heritage Heights features 70 thoughtfully designed 2 BHK units and 20 spacious 3 BHK units. The project was envisioned to offer comfortable and modern living spaces, combining smart design with a strong sense of community.
